Playboy USA returned to print with its February 2025 issue after a five-year absence from newsstands. Announced on the cover with the words “We’re Back,” the issue marked the beginning of a new chapter for the American edition of Playboy.
Model, entrepreneur, and actress Lori Harvey is the cover star of the February 2025 issue. The magazine also features the 2025 Playmate of the Year, along with a lineup of interviews and stories spanning entertainment, music, culture, technology, sexuality, and contemporary American life.
Among the major features is The Playboy Interview with comedian Nikki Glaser. The issue also includes conversations and features with country musician Eric Church, comedian and actor JB Smoove, chef Matty Matheson, and actor and author Shalom Auslander.
The editorial section ranges from a report on a tech-billionaire fantasy camp and a look at privacy and infidelity in the surveillance age to stories about antisemitism, modern masculinity, and sexual culture. The issue also looks ahead to flag football at the 2028 Olympic Games.
The February 2025 pictorials include Lori Harvey, the 2025 Playmate of the Year, and Shell Games.
More than simply another issue in the Playboy archive, February 2025 represents the revival of Playboy’s U.S. print magazine after five years away from the printing press, reconnecting the publication with the physical format that had defined much of its history since 1953.
